Kim Anning

Kim has vast experience in the Perth jazz scene from his start with J.T. And The Jazzmen and freelance work backing many visiting overseas acts, to a ten year stint in a restaurant playing solo instrumental guitar.
More recently he has been putting together special projects for Jazz Fremantle and the Perth Jazz Society and performing in duet with jazz diva Libby Hammer.
He can provide an intimate background with some smooth jazz standards from Porter, Gershwin and Rogers to Brubeck, Adderly and Jobim, (vocal and instrumental, without backing tracks) with a touch of blues and even the odd pop song jazzed up.
Can also be duo trio or quartet.
