Emily Green Armytage

Perth based pianist Emily Green-Armytage studied piano at The University of Western Australia with Mark Coughlan, The Royal Conservatorium of The Hague with Ellen Corver, Hans Eijsackers and Hans-Louis Meijer and privately in London with Andrew Ball. She returned to Perth in 2000 to complete a Master of Music Performance Degree, supported by an Australian Postgraduate Award. Emily has performed at the Perth Concert Hall with the West Australian Youth Orchestra, appeared for Musica Viva Australia’s Ménage, and performed in various festivals, including both the 2009 and 2010 Perth International Arts Festivals with her piano duo partner Adam Pinto. She has broadcast live for ABC Classic FM, and regularly appears as an orchestral pianist with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra.
