Phillip Everall

Philip gained a Bachelor of Music from UWA (studing with Alex Millier) and then a Masters from Amsterstam Conservatorium (with Harry Sparnaay and Erik van Deuren) and New York’s Manhattan School of Music (with Michael Lowenstern and David Krakauer). Philip is one of the most versatile bass clarinetists of his generation and explores the more recent repertoire for his instrument in the electronic realm – from ambient soundscapes, to eastern rhythms and melodies, to rough-edged funk. Philip has performed in venues such as The Berlin Philharmonie, Carnegie Hall and Clancy’s Fish Pub.
